We stayed at Vignoble Chateau Piegue - Winery for a short weekend getaway. The beautiful chateau surrounded by vineyards provided breathtaking views and a perfect setting for walks. The owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their wines, which we thoroughly enjoyed during the wine tasting. Breakfast consisted of a delicious spread of cheese, ham, bread, croissants, fruit, and yogurt. The room was light and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower over a bath. The eco-friendly toiletries in big refillable bottles were a nice touch.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Located among beautiful vineyards with stunning views, the chateau offered a tranquil and picturesque setting. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, with an excellent bed ensuring a good night's sleep. the hosts were friendly and knowledgeable about the local wines, making the wine tasting experience enjoyable and informative.
While the room and surroundings were lovely, the lack of a guided tour or information about the vineyard's operation left us wanting for a more immersive experience. the absence of dinner options on certain days, like Wednesdays, meant that we had to venture out to find a restaurant, which was inconvenient.

Everything was great! The château was beautiful and the room was cozy and clean. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and the wine tasting was a lot of fun. The staff, especially Aurélie, was very attentive and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and even let us use the kitchen for our evening picnic. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was excellent. The location was perfect, surrounded by vineyards and close to the Loire.
There were a few downsides to our stay. we were expecting a more guided experience, but we were basically left on our own after getting the room key.

We had a fantastic stay at Château Piéguë. Aurélie, our host, was extremely attentive and provided us with great recommendations for things to do. the château itself is stunning, surrounded by vineyards and offering breathtaking views. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the wine tasting experience and ended up buying a few bottles to take home. a highly recommended location for both long and short stays. Cons: All good! 😊.
